  • Provide immediate medical care and first aid to injured or ill employees on-site.
  • Conduct regular health check-ups and medical examinations for factory staff.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
  • Educate employees on health and safety practices, including disease prevention and wellness programs.
  • Collaborate with management to implement health and safety policies.
  • Administer vaccinations and health screenings as required.
  • Manage referrals to hospitals or specialized healthcare providers when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with local health regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Valid medical practicing license in Myanmar.
  • Prior experience in occupational health or clinic management is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of local health regulations and safety standards.
