Drive student enrollments and consistently achieve monthly sales targets for our international education pathways, including OSSD and European university admission
Convert inbound inquiries from phone, Viber, and social media channels into successful registrations through prompt, persuasive communication.
Conduct high-impact, one-on-one consultations to assess student goals and successfully pitch suitable foundation programs or entrance exam preparation (such as the IMAT).
Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of prospective students using our CRM, ensuring active follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
Generate new leads by actively participating in marketing campaigns.
Senior Consultants: Lead team sales initiatives, mentor junior staff on effective closing techniques, and manage high-value client admission portfolios to drive overall branch revenue.

Job Requirements

High School education or above (current university students are welcome to apply).
Friendly, clear communication skills in both English and Burmese.
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus for Seniors, but Juniors just need a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills (comfortable with everyday tools like Word or Google Workspace).
Goal-oriented and excited by the opportunity to earn commission bonuses while helping students succeed.
