Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Design, simulate and optimize Solar PV Systems using software tools like PVsyst, SketchUp and AutoCAD.
  • Supervise and coordinate with the site installation team, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Prepare and review technical documents, test reports, and project handover packages.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians in technicial tasks and site operations.
  • Analyze system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  • Communicate with cilents, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project.
  • Assist in procurement processes by preparing technical specifications and equipment.
  • Visit project sites as required and monitor on-site activities for compliance with design and safety requirements.
  • Ensure documentation and reporting are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Power Engineering (B.E - Electrical Power).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Solar PV systems.
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, SketchUp and MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical standards and safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
  • Travel to project sites and work under field conditions.
