Role Overview

The ERP Technical Developer (Mid–Senior Level) is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting ERP solutions within Microsoft ERP and Odoo environments.

The role focuses on delivering scalable business applications, system integrations, automation, and technical enhancements to improve operational efficiency and business processes.

The developer will work to implement ERP customizations, integrations, reports, workflows, and data solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Functional Consultants and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions and system designs.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy ERP customizations and enhancements in:
  • • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (X++)
    • Microsoft AX
    • Odoo ERP (Python, XML, PostgreSQL)
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs.
• Customize ERP modules, workflows, forms, reports, and business processes based on operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Participate in ERP deployment, upgrades, environment management, and release processes.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, ERP development best practices, and extension-based development methodologies.
• Optimize ERP performance and system scalability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge-sharing materials.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of ERP technical development experience.
• Strong experience in one or more ERP platforms:
  • • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
    • Microsoft AX
    • Odoo ERP 
• Familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS) for environment and deployment management.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
