Job Description :

As an ERP Support at Zettatech Co., Ltd, you will act as a bridge between our development team and customers, ensuring project requirements are met, issues are resolved, and software products are successfully delivered.

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, gathering and understanding their software requirements and providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Technical Support:
    • provides technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers by addressing their questions, concerns, and problems related to our software products.
  • Quality Assurance    :
    • Assist in testing and quality assurance activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure that software products meet specified requirements and are free from defects.
  • Documentation       :
    • Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials, to facilitate customer understanding and use of our software.
  • Feedback and Improvement:
    • Collect and transmit customer feedback to the development team, actively participating in
    • continuous improvement efforts and suggesting improvements to software products.

Job Requirements

Requirements  :

  • Preferred background in information technology, or software-related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional support and service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with software development technologies is a plus.
