Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, projectors, printers, and networking devices.
  • Set up and maintain office computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
  • Ensure internet connection and network systems are functioning properly.
  • Assist office staff with computer usage, email setup, and document formatting.
  • Support data entry, file management, and document organization.
  • Maintain inventory of IT and office equipment.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, or digital files when required.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance or technical support.
  • Report technical and administrative issues to the supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or free from any school commitments

  • Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical tools and equipment

  • Ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work under supervision and support senior technicians

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Punctual, responsible, and able to work flexible hours when required
