A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Being able to do 'servicing' and 'maintenance' of ATMs in bank branches and public areas for the deployment of ATMs. Be able to check ATM cash monitored in the system. Because you have to connect with bank branches, you must have a good "conversation" relationship. Ability to maintain UPS & Battery related to ATM machine . If an ATM is dropped, visit the place where the ATM will be dropped with the Engineer team to inspect the situation.

  • Enabling ATMs that have been shut down for a long time to operate again.
  •  ATM Machine Service & Maintain.
  • ATM system Cash Monitoring.
  • GL Reconcile regarding ATM cash replenishemt.
  • Good relationship with branches.
  • Ability to maintain UPS & Battery related to ATM machine.
  • Inspection the place where the ATM will be dropped with the Engineer team to inspect the situation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ATM deployment locations meet all operational and regulatory requirements.
  • To solve problems related to ATM.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year IT experince and ATM experience is a plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
