  • Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare attendance, leave, and overtime reports.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and HR administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Handle employee inquiries and maintain good employee relations.
  • Prepare HR reports and update HR databases.
  • Perform other HR duties assigned by management.

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
