. Job Summary

A Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing relationships with the company’s most important clients (key accounts). The role focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction, increasing sales, and ensuring long-term business partnerships.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers or major clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable products or services.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth from key accounts.
  • Prepare sales plans, reports, and forecasts for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, finance, and customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide quick solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with key clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
