•    Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
•    Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
•    Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
•    Collaborate with distributors to ensure effective product distribution and availability.
•    Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our adhesive products.
•    Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Certificate or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the adhesives or chemical distribution industry.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Self-motivated and driven.
