Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee the acquisition, registration, maintenance, and disposal of all company vehicles.
  • Monitor fuel consumption, implement fuel-saving initiatives, and manage fuel card programs to control cost
  • Develop, manage, and monitor the annual fleet budget, focusing on cost reduction and ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external workshops, parts suppliers, and insurance providers.
  • Lead and mentor Fleet Supervisors, dispatchers, and administrative staff
  • Ensure total compliance with local transport laws, vehicle licensing, emissions standards, and insurance regulations.
  • Fleet Management Software (FMS) and GPS Tracking to generate reports on fleet KPIs, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency.
  • Create and manage budgets

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in fleet operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or assistant manager role.
  • Strong understanding of automotive mechanics, preventative maintenance, and vehicle diagnostic processes.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and budget management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
