Job Description

1.     To oversee the daily dispatch and arrival of all coaches ensuring 100% on-time performance on all routes.
2.     Implement and monitor SOPs for gate operations, ticketing, and passenger vehicles to maintain consistent service quality.
3.    Responsible for resolving passenger feedback and complaints.
4.    Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for the executive team, highlighting load factors, revenue per route, and operational challenges.
5.    Must work closely with marketing and IT departments to streamline online booking systems and promotional campaigns.
6.    Data Management & Analysis, manage data collection, validation, and reporting systems, perform detailed data analysis for operational decisions, Prepare regular operational and performance reports

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor degree and other related Diploma and certificate
  • Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in a similar role.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly.
  • Knowledge of retail sales processes and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Email
  • More Preferable Logistics or Cargo or Express Courier background. 
  • Must be able to work in any location & travel
