We are looking for experienced Business Advisors with IT / ERP background who can help companies improve their operations through ERP solutions and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze client business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Advise customers on ERP solutions and digital transformation strategies
• Map current processes and design optimized ERP workflows
• Prepare ERP proposals, solution documents, and presentations
• Conduct ERP system demonstrations and product presentations
• Work closely with developers and implementation teams
• Support ERP implementation planning and project coordination
• Assist in data migration, configuration guidance, and system setup
• Train users and provide business guidance on ERP usage
• Provide pre-sales consulting and solution advisory
• Support customers during ERP Go-Live and stabilization period
• Maintain strong client relationships and long-term partnerships
 

Business Knowledge Required
Candidates should understand business operations such as:
• Sales and Customer Management
• Purchasing and Supplier Management
• Inventory and Warehouse Management
• Accounting and Financial Operations
• Production / Manufacturing Process
• Project and Service Management

• HR and Employee Management

• Retail / Trading Operations

• Business Reporting and Analytics

Technical Knowledge Preferred
• ERP systems such as Odoo or similar

• Business process analysis and documentation

• ERP implementation methodology

• System configuration and functional consulting

• Database or system integration knowledge (advantage)

• Understanding of cloud systems and SaaS platforms

• Basic knowledge of APIs or system integrations (optional)

Required Skills
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements

• Good documentation and reporting skills

• Client relationship management ability

• Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams

• Project coordination and time management skills

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

• 2–5 years experience in ERP, IT consulting, or business analysis

• Experience working with ERP implementation projects is an advantage

• Experience with SMEs, trading companies, or manufacturing businesses preferred
