• Plan, manage, and control production processes for Panel Boards (LV/MV) and Transformers (Distribution/Power).

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on capacity, manpower, and machine availability to achieve targets.

• Monitor and improve production efficiency, yield, downtime, and waste through continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with applicable standards and testing procedures (routine and type tests).

• Review BOMs, drawings, and technical specifications, and resolve production-related technical issues.

• Ensure full compliance with safety policies on the production floor.

• Control production costs by minimizing material wastage, rework, and scrap.

• Lead and manage Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Technicians, including training and skill development.

• Evaluate engineering feasibility and production readiness for new projects and customized orders.

• Prepare and submit production KPIs, efficiency reports, and corrective action plans to management.

• Work closely with Maintenance, Planning, QA, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Specification (JS)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Power / Mechanical Engineering

• Master’s Degree is an added advantage.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Panel Board and Transformer manufacturing.

• At least 7 years of experience in a management.

• Strong knowledge of LV/MV Panels, Switchgear, Protection Systems, and Busbar Design.

• Good understanding of Transformer manufacturing processes (core, winding, assembly, testing).

• Knowledge of production planning, capacity calculation, and line balancing.

• Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, ISO standards and testing procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and AutoCAD layouts.

• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis (RCA) skills.

• Proven team leadership and people management skills.

• Strong decision-making and cross-functional coordination ability.

• Ability to work effectively under production pressure.
