  • Oversee daily service operations across multiple dealerships, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
  • Support dealership service teams in achieving operational targets and resolving escalated technical or customer issues.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance, parts sales, workshop efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate service staff to improve technical skills, productivity, and customer service.
  • Coordinate with dealer-owned service centers to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational standards.
  • Implement strategies to increase service revenue, optimize resource utilization, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in service operations.
  • Liaise with senior management on regional service performance, reporting key insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Support strategic initiatives for regional growth, process improvement, and adoption of new technologies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably across multiple locations.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of service operations, workshop management, and customer satisfaction best practices.
  • Ability to travel across multiple dealerships within the assigned region.
