  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and adherence to accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Provide financial analysis to support business decision-making, including profitability analysis and financial forecasting.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget process, working closely with department heads.
  • Identify areas of financial concern and recommend corrective actions to management.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure the protection of company assets and the integrity of financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee both internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet financial obligations.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between finance and other departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, B. Com /CPA/ACCA Part II.
  • Minimum 5-year experiences in same position with a foreign company or JV.
  • Expertise working with accounting software and financial statements.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Have Full Knowledge in taxation policy & procedure.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office and accounting software.
  • Strong Understanding of accounting standards.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work.
