Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Finance Consultant in daily project activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and discussions between the Finance Team and Consultant.
  • Translate finance-related documents, reports, policies, and procedures & Translate  between Finance Consultant & Finance Team.
  • Provide interpretation during meetings and discussions.
  • Gather and organize financial information required by the Consultant.
  • Follow up on action items and project timelines.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Support finance process reviews and improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate project implementation.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Financial Analysis.
  • Experience working with external consultants or project teams is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong English and local language translation/interpretation abilities.
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence in English
  • Fluent English
