Job Description

  • Accurately calculate and disburse commission and incentive payments across all channels, ensuring timely and precise processing to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to verify and reconcile invoices and receipts against actual commission and incentive disbursements, maintaining meticulous records for audit purposes.
  • Support accurate forecasting of commission and incentive accruals to avoid discrepancies, contributing to better financial planning and budget management.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards during the calculation and distribution of commissions and incentives, minimizing risk.
  • Continuously review and analyze existing commission and incentive plans, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency, employee satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and potential issues in commission and incentive structures.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field, preferably within the financial or insurance sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a professional qualification such as ACCA, showcasing a strong foundation in accounting principles.
  • Strong proficiency in technical accounting, with experience in handling complex financial data.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to build trust and rapport at all organizational levels, fostering effective working relationships.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong communication skills to convey financial information.
