Accurately calculate and disburse commission and incentive payments across all channels, ensuring timely and precise processing to meet business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to verify and reconcile invoices and receipts against actual commission and incentive disbursements, maintaining meticulous records for audit purposes.
Support accurate forecasting of commission and incentive accruals to avoid discrepancies, contributing to better financial planning and budget management.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards during the calculation and distribution of commissions and incentives, minimizing risk.
Continuously review and analyze existing commission and incentive plans, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency, employee satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and potential issues in commission and incentive structures.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field, preferably within the financial or insurance sector.
Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a professional qualification such as ACCA, showcasing a strong foundation in accounting principles.
Strong proficiency in technical accounting, with experience in handling complex financial data.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent numerical and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to build trust and rapport at all organizational levels, fostering effective working relationships.
Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong communication skills to convey financial information.
