Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Manage office supplies, monitor stock levels, and coordinate procurement activities.

Oversee office maintenance and facility management to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Maintain and control company assets, inventory, and employee ID card administration.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee personal files and HR records.

Handle general administrative documentation, filing, and record-keeping systems.

Assist in processing company vehicles licenses, renewals, and other legal or regulatory documentation.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Support HR compliance activities, including Social Security Board (SSB), Employee Handbook implementation, Face Recognition/Attendance systems, and Employee Compensation (EC) matters.

Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in an HR & Administrative role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
