Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  1. Creating and implementing financial policies and procedure of the organization
  2. Planning and preparing weekly financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organization
  3. Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
  4. Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and all supplier, customer payments.
  5. Monitor Local law related finance process and daily exchange rate.
  6. Monitor and check all of the Costs, Expense and stock and fix assets.
  7. Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit is one of the key responsibilities
  8. Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments.
  9. Ensure the check and review for contract, service report, Performa Invoice, receipt etc.
  10. Ensure to lead get the valuable supplier for the purchasing items.
  11. Negotiating with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  12. Ensure to lead the foreign delivery process for purchasing items and arrange for payment process.
  13. Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts, Performa invoices etc.

Job Requirements

  • B.com, ACCA (or) CPA Preferred.
  • Have Knowledge of ERP (or) SAP system and other relevant accounting System.
  • Mature Candidate (Under 35 years)
  • At least (5) years of progressive experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis or Financial Reporting required.
  • Exposure to manufacturing organizations and standard costing systems
  • Strong knowledge of tax auditing and tax calculation process.
  • Strong knowledge of  monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information ensures the accuracy of financial statements
  • Good communication in English Language
