Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Coordinate internal resources (fuel team, driver management, allocations, sourcing, and insurance team for maximum and flawless execution of projects)
  • Assist the sales team and clarify the nature of transport operation,
  • Listen and help the sales team decide during the negotiation process with the corporate clients,
  • Prepare monthly invoices based on the drivers' database such as attendance sheet, 
  • Communicate clearly to stakeholders such as clients and drivers on the policy set by Oway transport dept,
  • Ensure all handed new corporates are delivered on time, within the scope, and within the time frame. E.g., organizing tender process files, planning routes, helping recruit new drivers and orientation prior to the delivery and start of the new project,
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress,
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed, Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors such as owner drivers,
  • Create and maintain comprehensive individual corporate documentation
  • Hold a monthly meeting with clients and assess the progress of the project/operation,
  • Develop comprehensive project plans such as (Dispatcher Training) and meeting minutes, and progress to be shared with clients as well as other staff members,
  • Ensure operation costs for the corporate account succeeds in profit maximization with minimum operation cost, 
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills to run the project/corporate account efficiently,
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs,

Job Requirements

  • Any Degree with Certificate or Diploma in Procurement, Sourcing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc., & Outlook.
  • Fluent Communication Skills with both written and verbal in English and Burmese.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Working Experience in Fleet Management, Automotive Leasing Service.
  • Having Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills with the Suppliers, Investors, Showroom, and Internal Team.
  • Having Strong for Problem Solving skill.
  • In-depth knowledge of Fleet Management and Automotive sector.
  • Able to work under pressure.
