  • Assist with social scanning activities
  • Keep detailed and organized records of all conversations, investigations, and findings
  • Report any observations that may indicate fraudulent activities, gaming, or reputational risks
  • Review and investigate daily transaction alerts for suspicious or unusual activities
  • Make investigation calls to customers when additional clarification is needed
  • Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly transaction monitoring and calling activity reports
  • Maintain a professional, customerfriendly approach while ensuring clear communication

Job Requirements

  • High school graduate (or equivalent)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a team leader or supervisory role in a related field (e.g., transaction monitoring, fraud operations, call center supervision, financial services operations)
  • Interest in transaction monitoring and customer service work
  • Good communication skills for clear, professional outbound calling 
  • Good computer skills, able to use MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
