Job Overview:
We are seeking a Contracting and Account Manager to oversee the full bidding, tender, and contract lifecycle. This role will support Sales, Business Development, and Account Management teams by standardizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and increasing win rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of bids and proposals, ensuring timely, compliant, and competitive submissions.

  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts in collaboration with Legal and Commercial teams.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments to align proposals with operational capabilities.

  • Maintain and update standardized proposal and contract templates to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Manage risks and ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.

  • Support documentation, SOPs, and tender coordination to meet client requirements and deadlines.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in bidding, contract management, project/product management, sales, or legal fields.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Myanmar.

  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract/proposal management tools.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Proactive and creative approach to improving processes and outcomes.

  • Solid understanding of company products, services, and value proposition.
