We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of "Thiri Thukha Soe San." You will be responsible for leading our 19-member team, managing daily distribution operations, and ensuring the overall business profitability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Manage end-to-end distribution processes, supply chain, and daily administrative workflows.
  • Team Management: Supervise, train, and mentor the 19-member staff to ensure high productivity and professional conduct.
  • Business Growth: Develop strategies to expand market reach and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee sales targets, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Owner’s Representative: Serve as the primary point of contact for business operations and report directly to the owner.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management or operations, preferably in trading or distribution.
  •  Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate a team of 19+ employees.
  •  Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  •  Proficiency in basic data/inventory management tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets).
  •  High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability.
