Job Description

Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities across distribution, warehouse, and logistics functions.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
Analyze operational performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Manage warehouse operations, stock control, and inventory accuracy.
Lead, supervise, and evaluate operational staff and department performance.
Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support promotional activities and business expansion.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of operational management experience, preferably in beauty products, FMCG, retail, or distribution industries.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and distribution operations.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
