Job Requirements
1. Fluently English speaking is compulsive requirement.
2. At least 5 years' factory manager experience in manufacturing factory and successed result could be provided.
3. At least bachelor degree for Management/Finance/ English.
4.Shall be qualified in Systems Thinking,Decision-Making Ability,Execution Capability,Organizational Leadership.
5.Be able to work under high pressure.
6.Be able to handle various relationships with employees in a harmonious manner, and increase production capacity at the same time.
