• Oversee overall business operations and performance
• Drive business growth, profitability, and expansion
• Lead department managers and strengthen SOPs & KPIs

• Coordinate sales, logistics, retail, and operations teams
• Support strategic execution with Managing Director

Requirements:
• 8+ years management experience
