General Manager 
Job Description (Start-up financial services company in Yangon)
•    Implementing and continuously updating regulatory compliance documentation system
•    Operate and solve legal & compliance issues across bank aligned with the roles and regulations at CBM in safekeeping of confidentiality and trustworthiness
•    Monitor and implement compliance related reporting procedures and record keeping and periodically report to the management team
•    Develop and oversee the compliance control system which set by our start-up financial services company in order to prevent to deal with violations of legal guideline and internal policies
•    Perform reviewing for Loan to facilitate financial condition, repayment, risk management and transaction
•    Reviewing the CBM regulations and highlighting the potential impact on the loan portfolio
•    Strong relationship management and business development abilities, with thorough knowledge of financial products
•    Advising proper new project and services based on country’s economic development and market condition.
•    Perform other duties as assigned or required by management
 

Job Requirements
•    Must have a relevant degree in finance, banking or equivalent is required. A Master’s degree is also preferred
•    At least 8 years of banking and finance experience
•    Good interpersonal skills, people management, and leadership skills
•    Fluent in English and excellent communication skills
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
•    Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
•    Preferred banking experience with product development and strategy formulation
