Ability to develop and manage budgets and manpower plans.
Developing new revenue streams within a Waterboom environment.
Managing meetings and presenting information to a superior.
Dealing with customer complaints and colleague issues.
Lead in all aspects of business planning and overseeing and managing all departments.
A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability t reach with impact strategies.
Manage budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure.
Setting and achieving sales and profit targets.
Analysis sales target and devising marketing and revenue management strategies.
Maintain service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluation and investigating complaints. Initiates corrective action.
Dealing with the general public, customers, employees, government officials with tact and courtesy.

Job Requirements

Must have over 3 years working experience as General Manager in Hospitality industry.
Must have experience in revenue making positions.
Prefer to have experience in starting up company.
Must have Business Level in the English Language
