Job Summary

The General Manager leads KIYOI’s enterprise operating performance, converting strategy into profitable and collectible growth through aligned commercial execution, reliable operations, disciplined financial management, capable leaders, and controlled scale across KIYOI’s own-brand business.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Performance and Strategic Plan: Translate KIYOI strategy into the annual operating plan, quarterly priorities, measurable targets, and delivery across revenue, margin, OPEX, cash flow, and working capital.
• Commercial and Brand Growth: Align Sales, Marketing, channel, customer, pricing, trade investment, and demand plans to grow brand demand, distribution, outlet productivity, sell-through, and revenue quality.
• Cash and Working Capital: Protect cash conversion through collection discipline, inventory health, credit governance, trade-spend control, and timely corrective action.
• Demand Supply and Service: Lead forecasting, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, supplier performance, service levels, and business continuity.
• Portfolio and Launch Governance: Ensure product, innovation, and expansion initiatives meet commercial, quality, regulatory, capacity, cost, and launch-readiness requirements.
• Operating Cadence and Excellence: Own performance, commercial-and-cash, demand-and-supply, and cross-functional reviews that end with decisions, owners, targets, deadlines, and verified closure.
• Leadership and Organisation: Lead functional heads across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Admin, Warehouse and Operations; strengthen accountability, capability, performance, and succession.
• Governance and Enterprise Risk: Resolve material trade-offs quickly and uphold financial integrity, product safety, compliance, approval discipline, ethical conduct, and early risk escalation.

           Experience

• 15+ years in FMCG or a comparable consumer business, including 5+ years leading a multi-function or enterprise operation with P and L, cash, working-capital, and scale-up accountability.

• Education

• Bachelor’s degree required; business, finance, operations, or related discipline preferred; working English essential.
• Technical Knowledge
• End-to-end FMCG operating command: commercial and channel management, S and OP, supply, inventory and logistics, financial controls, product quality, and launch governance.Uses AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to improve analysis, planning, and productivity while validating outputs and protecting confidential information.
• Commercial and Analytical Skills
• Strong channel, pricing, customer economics, trade-investment, collection, margin, and portfolio judgment; turns financial and operating data into forecasts, choices, and recovery actions.

• Leadership

• Leads functional heads, resolves trade-offs, decides under uncertainty, builds successors, and delivers change without compromising integrity, quality, or people standards.
