Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Build and maintain strong relationships with government ministries, regulatory authorities, and relevant public sector stakeholders
Monitor legislative, regulatory, and policy developments, assessing their potential impact on the company’s businesses
Provide timely analysis and recommendations to senior management on regulatory risks, compliance requirements, and strategic opportunities
Represent the company in meetings, consultations, and engagements with government agencies and external stakeholders
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to strengthen the company’s reputation and relationships
Coordinate with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and business networks to support common policy initiatives
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and meetings and external engagements
Support corporate communications relating to government and public affairs where appropriate

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Public Policy, Corporate Affairs, Legal Affairs, or a related function
Experience working with government agencies, regulators, or industry associations is highly preferred
Strong understanding of Myanmar’s regulatory environment and government processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with the ability to interpret legislation and regulatory developments
