Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Proven experience in shareholder communication, corporate events, or executive assistance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal ability
Professional manner with high level of confidentiality and discretion
Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Experience in planning, coordinating, and managing corporate meetings and events
Ability to liaise effectively with shareholders, senior management, and external stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office and office administration systems
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure
Flexible, trustworthy, and supportive in assisting the Director with daily schedules and duties
