Location: Pathein and Mawlamyine

Job Type: Permanent

  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Plan and execute sales, promotional, and trade marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Task Force and Sampling Teams.
  • Develop new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and sales performance.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and report results to management.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 - 5 year experience as a Sales supervisor in the FMCG industry.   
  • Holding Bachelor Degree preferred diploma in sales & marketing        
  • Strong organizational and time management skills      
  • Strong sales and communication skills          
  • Have knowledge of the overall Yangon & Lower Myanmar region 
  •  Able to communicate with English Language           
  • Comfortable with computer, e.g. Excel, Words, Powerpoint
