  • Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
  • Assign sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve productivity and selling skills.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of sales employees.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and product display standards are maintained.
