  • Ensure compliance with credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures.
  • Oversee loan documentation, disbursement conditions, and collateral management.
  • Book and maintain loans accurately in the Core Banking System, including interest, repayment schedules, and collateral details.
  • Generate reports, monitor loan portfolios, and safeguard lending files and legal documents.
  • Support CAD automation, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Uphold professional ethics, foster a respectful workplace, and promote strong team relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with 5+ years in Credit Administration or Credit Risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of credit policies, CBM regulations, and banking operations.
  • Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Core Banking Systems and loan process automation is preferred.
