Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and supervise day to day operations of a variety of office services to ensure the organization’s administrative needs
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Assist HOD for costs control, expense and budget preparation
  • Review, plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems align with organization’s goal
  • Manage and oversee all the process of new branches opening
  • Perform and communicate with vendors for new branch renovation, ferry, office equipment and security company etc;
  • Supervise and maintain transportation and motor vehicle , security form and stationary delivery, accommodation etc;
  • Prepare and support monthly, yearly reports for fixed assets, expense and security form
  • Work closely with HOD from other department for business needs and requirement

Job Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of all administrative tasks
  • Expert knowledge of administrative practices and related Myanmar law and regulations
  • Good communication skills, negotiationproblem-solvinglving skills
  • Any Degree (professional certificate is preferred)
  • Knowledge of MS office and advanced excel
  • Minimum 5 years in administration field and at least 3 years in a management position
