Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes.
Design and manage employee development, training, and succession planning programs.
Ensure compliance with industry-specific labor laws, safety regulations, and HR policies.
Lead performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee HR reporting, analytics, and audit compliance.
Lead and develop the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience, preferably in the Power or Energy industry.
Strong knowledge of industry-specific labor laws, safety standards, and HR best practices.
Proven leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
