  • Design and oversee the group-wide performance management system.
  • Establish KPIs, appraisal processes, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to inform HR strategies.
  • Identify training needs across the group and develop relevant programs.
  • Partner with external vendors and internal SMEs to deliver impactful training sessions.
  • Foster a learning culture by promoting professional development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HRD strategies with business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources (OR)  or related field
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a senior HR leadership role overseeing talent development and HR policies at a group or organizational level.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing group-wide HR initiatives, including performance management and training programs.
  • Strong understanding of HR legal frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience.
