Learning, Culture & Engagement Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize training and development initiatives, budgets, and learning frameworks aligned with organizational and global standards
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, learning platforms, and employee development strategies across the organization
  • Deliver training sessions, monitor effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes and employee capability development
  • Lead training and development projects, including e-learning platforms, knowledge management, and vendor/trainer management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create customized development plans and ensure business learning needs are met
  • Drive organizational culture initiatives, including culture awareness activities, onboarding programs, and leadership development aligned with company values and People DNA behaviors
  • Lead employee engagement and experience initiatives, including lifecycle surveys, engagement programs, and recognition activities such as awards and appreciation programs
  • Partner with HR teams to strengthen employee experience, engagement, and organizational culture across the country

  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
  • Demonstrate sound application of adult learning theories and best practices
  • Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills

  • Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
