Job Summary
Lead the people strategy for a respected winery in Mayangone, Yangon. This role oversees HR operations, talent development, employee relations, and compliance, supporting a productive and positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and people initiatives aligned with business goals.
● Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
● Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and support a respectful work culture.
● Lead training and development programs to strengthen capability and retention.
● Ensure payroll, records, and HR processes are accurate, timely, and compliant.
● Advise management on organizational planning, workforce needs, and HR best practices.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven HR management experience, preferably in agriculture, hospitality, or manufacturing.
● Strong knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
● Experience in recruitment, performance management, and training coordination.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
● Proficient in MS Office and HR systems; strong organizational skills.
● Must be based in or able to work in Mayangone, Yangon.
