  • Lead recruitment and manpower planning.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HR systems.

  • Manage KPI, performance appraisal, and employee development.

  • Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.

  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labour Law and company policies.

  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.

  • Oversee office and branch administration.

  • Support management in building a high-performing and growth-driven organization.

Job Requirements

  • Prefer Female candidate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Retail, FMCG, Distribution, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
