Job Description

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including manpower planning, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Develop and monitor employee performance management, KPI, and appraisal systems.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues professionally.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and regulations.
Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, salary budgets, and other HR-related reports for management.
Manage and guide the HR/Admin team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support management in developing HR strategies and improving organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and HR policies.
Good understanding of Myanmar Labor Law and employment practices.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
