• Responsible to archive and monitor of all contracts and agreements. • Amend, review and draft transactions documents which ensures everything complies with law and enable complex structures.• Manage outside legal counsels. • Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise accordingly. • Acts as a representation of the company in all land lease and sales agreements. • Ensures that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.• Manage regulatory and compliance related services.• Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio. • Do any other ad-hoc and job related tasks assigned by management team.
