Job Requirements

Qualifications and training

● Master Degree in Education

● Senior Leadership Training (Desirable)

Experience

● Previous Senior Leadership experience (Primary)

Skills and knowledge

● Communicate effectively in a sensitive, courteous manner with students, parents, staff and the general public

● Interpersonal skills: tact, patience, courtesy and kindness

● Work as a team player

● Follow directions, policies and procedures in an appropriate and timely manner

● Monitor and evaluate student progress and behaviour.

● Engage with students in their learning journey

● Keep accurate records and submit reports in a timely manner.

● Maintain a suitable learning environment including appropriate planning and organization of classroom or related setting and educational aids.

● Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
