Job Description

  1. To participate the monthly budget and summit to Manager.
  2. To prepare and summit the daily and monthly report on time to Manager.
  3. To check and operate the leave, on duty and Finger Print Error.
  4. To check and operate the probation, permanence, Resign, Termination, Dismiss staff.
  5. To check and operate the promotion, demotion, punishment, fine situation.
  6. To check and operate the overtime calculation process.
  7. To check and operate the SSB issues.
  8. To check and participate the SSB benefits for employees.
  9. To prepare and calculate the compensation process.
  10. To deal and operate to Bank service for salary (MPU).
  11. To maintain the documents of department.
  12. To prepare and distribute the instruction orders and others.
  13. To participate carrying out Employment Contract / Performance Contract to employees.
  14. Performs other duties as required.
