• A solid understanding of Myanmar labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices is essential. 

• Managing employees requires strong leadership skills. You should be able to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.

• HR is all about people. Clear communication, active listening, and the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally are crucial.

• Juggling multiple HR and administrative responsibilities requires excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience with HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems), payroll software, and administrative tools is a big plus.

Job Requirements

- At Least 5 years of managing level experience in  HR & Admin work.

- Must have Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management (more prefer in HR Certified Professional Holder as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP & SHRM-SCP.)

- MBA or MBA in Human Resources Management is a plus.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Must have strong team spirit, proactive attitude, service-minded approach, impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of relevant labor laws essential for fulfilling job duties and responsibilities.

- Must have comprehensive understanding of office management processes and deep understanding of budgeting best practices.
