Job Title: HR & Admin Manager
Department: Administration & Human Resources 
Location: North Dagon Township, Yangon
Reports To: General Manager

1. HR Strategy and Policy Development

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Create, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies.

2. Recruitment and Talent Management

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Lead performance appraisal systems and provide coaching to managers for effective employee evaluations.

3. Compensation and Benefits

  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages for all employee levels.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with the Finance & Accounts department.
  • Monitor compliance with statutory benefits.

4. Employee Relations and Compliance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and regulations across all business units.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.

5. Administrative Management

  • Oversee administrative functions, including office management, procurement, and facilities maintenance.
  • Manage travel arrangements, employee attendance, and leave tracking systems.
  • Supervise security, cleaning, and office support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

6. Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate regular HR and administrative reports, including headcount, turnover, and training metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.
  • Monitor KPIs related to HR and administrative functions to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (Advanced HR Diploma preferred).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR and administration, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in managing HR and administrative functions across diverse industries is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in HR management systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and processes.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
