1. Human Resources Management & Labor Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with Myanmar Labor Laws (Employment Contract Rules, Factories Act, Social Security Board, Workmen's Compensation, etc.).

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for factory workers, technicians, supervisors, and office staff.

• Oversee monthly payroll processing prepare, attendance tracking, overtime prepare, and benefits administration.

• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor dispute resolutions effectively to maintain a harmonious work environment.

• Implement performance management systems, employee engagement activities, and retention strategies.

2. General Administration & Facility Management

• Oversee overall factory facility management, including building maintenance, cleanliness, and utility services (electricity, water, waste management).

• Manage company transport, canteen/meal services, dormitory management (if applicable), and cleaning services.

• Oversee factory security, safety protocols, and access control systems in coordination with the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) team.

• Manage office and factory supplies, asset inventories, and procurement of administrative goods.

3. Government & External Relations

• Act as the primary liaison with local government authorities, labor offices, township administrators, and police departments.

• Ensure all factory licenses, permits, and regulatory renewals are completed on time.

4. Training & Development

• Identify training needs for factory workers and staff (e.g., safety, technical skills, compliance).

• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

1. Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field. (A Diploma/Master’s in HRM is a strong plus).

• Certified in HR Management or Myanmar Labor Law courses preferred.

2. Experience

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in HR and Administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role specifically within a Manufacturing Factory or Industrial Plant.

• Proven hands-on experience dealing with labor unions, factory workers, and local government authorities.

3. Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Myanmar Labor Laws, Factories Act, and Social Security procedures.

• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Good command of both Myanmar and English  a little languages.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
