  • Assisting in administration and detailed preparation of all training programs
  • Assisting Supply Chain's government relations
  • Providing administrative support to the L&D team; such as inputting course feedback and filing
  • Assisting the L&D Team with undertaking the annual Training Needs Analysis
  • Maintaining proper data and paper records for training progr, such as attendance
  • Collecting overtime from Supply Chain & Warehouse & Distribtuion Funcitons and develiver to HROps
  • Mainly support business (Supply Chain & Warehouse & Distribtuion Funcitons)

- Greaduated
- Good knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Principles and practices of personnel record keeping
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
