  • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
  •  Maintains human resources staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Assist in HR administration tasks(recruitment , SSB contributions , employee training , events ).
  • Organize the whole implementation of formal letters from both external and internal ( Drifting, Getting approval , Translation etc.）
  • Organize and maintain company files and references, including confidential files

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with HR relating field is preferred or must have equivalent work experience.
  • Good Command in both Chinese and English language.
  • Strong computer skills using microsoft office, excel, and powerpoint.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
